The response time (4 hours) is counted within the service window (9x5, Mondays to Fridays, 08:00 to 17:00, excluding public and national holidays). For example, if a customer with 4hr 9x5 service reports an incident at 15:00 on Friday, the Lenovo technician should arrive at the customer’s location at 10:00 the following Monday morning.
