You may add extended service at any time during the Base Warranty. When you purchase a Lexmark Onsite Repair Extended Warranty, the Base Warranty period is automatically upgraded to Onsite Service. Onsite Repair is usually available within 60 km of major centres.OnSite Call Flow:- You experience printer problems or failure.- Call Lexmark's Technical Support Centre at 1-800-539-6275 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.- A trained technician will try to solve your problem by phone.- If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, we will make arrangements to have a service technician dispatched to repair your printer.- Repairs will normally be made the next business day if you call us before 5:00 pm, EST.
