The CyberPower MBP15A6, a 6-outlet (rear), 1U Maintenance Bypass Power Distribution Unit (MBP PDU), provides 100-120 VAC 15A output (derated to 12A) to 6 NEMA 5-15R receptacles. Designed for datacenters and other electrically demanding applications, the MBP15A6 allows the seamless transfer of an electrical load from UPS power to utility power for uninterrupted operation of the connected equipment when performing maintenance, replacing batteries, or installing a new UPS.A 6-foot AC cord connects to utility power; a 3.3-foot AC cord connects to the output power of the UPS. The UPS draws input power from the MBP15A6 through a dedicated NEMA 5-15R separate from the outlets for connected devices. When the switch on the front of the MBP15A6 is turned from Normal to Bypass, or from Bypass to Normal, the power that the MBP supplies to connected devices moves from one input power source to another. The LED display indicates which power source is active.Rugged, industrial-grade metal housing protects the MBP15A6. With a 1U form factor, this PDU can be mounted in a standard server rack. Its mounting hardware also enables it to be connected to a UPS for tower configurations. The MBP15A6 is UL and RoHS compliant. A three-year limited warranty covers the PDU for three years and connected equipment for as long as you own the product.Power DistributionDelivers AC power to servers, equipment, and connected devices via a power distribution unit.Maintenance BypassQualified personnel can use the bypass feature to disconnect the PDU from the UPS without disrupting power to connected equipment. This feature allows connected equipment to operate seamlessly during maintenance periods, battery replacement, or UPS installation.Manual Bypass SwitchWhen the Manual Bypass Switch is turned to Normal, connected equipment is supplied by UPS output. When the Manual Bypass Switch is turned to Bypass, connected equipment is supplied by utility power.Network-Grade Plugs and OutletsHighly durable construction ensures the efficient distribution of power in demanding IT or industrial environments to servers, equipment, and connected devices.1U Form Factor & Mounting HardwareThe 1U form factor is made to be mounted in a standard server rack. Mounting hardware allows the PDU to be connected to a UPS for tower configurations.Durable Metal HousingProtects internal components and resists damage from impact or abrasions within challenging industrial environments. Also extends the life of the product.Three-Year Limited WarrantyCovers defects in materials and workmanship in the product under normal use and conditions. See warranty for details.
The PDUMV40 provides an efficient and manageable power distribution solution for multiple servers with dual redundant power supplies, or any other application that requires numerous outlets, high capacity, and a compact form factor. Dual input current monitoring display shows AC power consumption for each independent circuit. Switchless design eliminates accidental shutoff of connected equipment. Unfiltered electrical pass-through without a power switch makes the PDUMV40 ideal for distributing alternate waveform UPS or generator power in rack enclosures, network closets, and more. Each of two independent circuits' supports 16 outlets and equipment loads up to 2,400 watts32 outlets and 4,800 watts total capacity without consuming additional rack space.- All-in-one Zero U form factor enables efficient, single-enclosure installations- Dual independent circuit design delivers high capacity across 32 outlets in minimal space- Input plugs, input power cords, breakers and outlets are color-coded to match each independent 20A circuit, allowing simplified cable management for multi-server configurations (each circuit is Agency de-rated to 16A continuous)- Dual digital current monitoring displays (1 for each circuit)- 10 ft. dual input power cords increase mounting flexibility; mounting hardware included- Combines the advantages of two separate high-current PDU's without the extra expense, increased space requirements and added management complexity- Includes two adapters that convert NEMA L5-20P input plugs to NEMA 5-20P. Twist-lock interface ensures secure connection- Switchless design prevents accidental shutdown of connected equipment- Toolless mounting supported in button-mount compatible racks, plus nut-and-bolt mounting brackets for other mounting applications
APC Switched Rack Power Distribution Units (PDUs) enable advanced, user-customizable power control and active monitoring. Remote outlet level controls allow power on/off functionality for power recycling to remotely reboot equipment and restrict unauthorized use of individual outlets. Power sequencing delays allow users to define the order in which to power up or down attached equipment. Avoid circuit overload during power recovery and extend uptime of critical equipment by prioritizing the load shedding. Current metering provides real-time remote monitoring of connected loads. Switched Rack PDUs include real power monitoring, a temperature/humidity sensor port, locking IEC receptacles, and low profile circuit breakers. User-defined alarms warn of potential circuit overloads before critical IT failures occur. Users can access, configure, and control Switched Rack PDUs through secure Web, SNMP, or Telnet Interfaces and is complimented by APC Centralized Management platforms using InfraStruxure Central, Capacity Manager and Change Manager.
